The bottle is conveyed into the external bottle brushing machine by the conveyor belt and comes into close contact with the main rotating brush. The main rotating brush rotates in the opposite direction to the bottle's traveling direction, while the bottom rotating brush rotates in the opposite direction to the main brush.
Driven by the rotary wheel, the bottle performs a combined orbital and rotational movement, completing approximately one revolution around the machine and four rotations on its own axis. During the cleaning process, the rinsing water pump continuously sprays water or cleaning solution onto the brushes.
The used water or cleaning solution is collected by the water collection tray at the bottom of the machine and flows into the cleaning solution tank for circulation and reuse. This design helps reduce water consumption while maintaining a continuous cleaning process.
After completing approximately 270° of orbital movement inside the external bottle brushing machine, the bottle enters the spray chamber. It is thoroughly rinsed by spray water or cleaning solution and then discharged from the machine by the conveyor belt.
The spray water or cleaning solution used in the spray chamber is supplied by the same rinsing water pump. After spraying, the liquid is collected by the lower water collection tray and returned to the same cleaning water tank for circulation and reuse.

The QGF-150 uses a multi-stage bottle washing process. The five effective washing stations are designed to provide different treatment stages before the bottle reaches the filling section.
Hot Alkaline Solution Washing: The bottle is washed with heated alkaline cleaning solution to help remove dirt and residues.
Acid Solution Washing: An acid cleaning stage is used according to the process requirements.
Disinfectant Rinsing: A disinfectant solution is used as part of the bottle cleaning process.
Purified Water Rinsing: The bottle is rinsed with purified water before filling.
Filling: After completing the washing stages, the cleaned bottle enters the filling operation.
The standard washing time for each stage is approximately 15 seconds. The washing time can be automatically adjusted according to the actual production requirements.
The QGF-150 has a maximum power consumption of approximately 9 kW. The filling section requires approximately 3 m³/h of water, while the bottle-washing process uses approximately 1–2 m³/h, depending on the operating conditions and cleaning process.
Actual water and energy consumption may vary according to washing time, operating schedule, water quality, cleaning solution settings, and production conditions.
The machine frame is constructed from 50 × 50 × 2 mm 304 stainless steel square tubes, while the main sheet metal components use 1.2–2.5 mm thick 304 stainless steel.
The electrical control system uses a Siemens PLC. Autonics photoelectric sensors are used for detection, while Airtac pneumatic components are used for the machine's air-driven operations. This combination provides coordinated control of the washing, filling, and capping processes.
